Why is it that we as Christians always get the “raw end of the deal” or the “short end of the stick” when it comes to society?
Why are we the ones always getting picked on and our Savior demeaned?
Just about everywhere you look, Jesus Christ is mocked and Christianity is slandered.
How are we supposed to deal with all this unrighteousness and unfairness?
Look at what just happened this week at the Paris Olympics? You can check out the Opening Ceremony on youtube.com. A blasphemous rendering of The Last Supper as well as numerous other depictions of evil and depravity.
We have got to wake people up! There is only one true way. John 14:6, “Jesus said to him, ‘I am the Way and the Truth and the Life; no one comes to the Father except by Me’.” We MUST CONTINUE to spread this truth no matter who wants to retaliate!
And, Jesus died for us all! Even those mocking Him. We should be outraged at Satan and his demonic forces and pull down the demonic strongholds that are holding the world in bondage.
The most immediate and effective thing we can do is pray and intercede. We know the devil is busy, but the victory belongs to God. This is a time for us as believers to “hold the fort!” Let me encourage you to not stay silent. We are in the last days and time is of the essence. The Bible proclaims that we must work while it is day and that the night is coming. John 9:4b, “the night cometh, when no man can work.”
The responsibility is ours. We are soldiers in God’s army!
